XL This system features our largest flow cell to date (2000 μm) and has been specially designed for use with third instar Drosophila larvae, zebrafish embryos, and beads from 100 to 1500 microns. Objects are analyzed and sorted using size, optical density, and up to two channels of fluorescence, and those objects meeting the sort criteria may be dispensed into 24 or 96 well microtiter plates or bulk receptacles.
