Automated Analysis & Sorting of Viable C. elegans

Union Biometrica provides an instrument for the automated, high-speed analysis and sorting of C. elegans based on size, optical density, and presence of fluorescent markers. By automating the current time consuming manual processes, the level of throughput is dramatically increased, with a higher sensitivity. With the optional Profiler module, both multi-parametric and positional fluorescence information (as shown to the right) further enhance sorting sensitivity and offering increased analytical capabilities.
