BIOSORT
The BIOSORT instrument features our smallest flow cell available (250 μm) and is ideal for use with all stages of C. elegans as well as small beads and seeds from 20 to 200 microns. The specially designed fluidic path and small flow cell have been optimized for small objects to provide the highest size resolution measurements while achieving the fastest sort rate. Objects are analyzed and sorted using size, optical density, and up to two channels of fluorescence, and those objects meeting the sort criteria may be dispensed into 24, 96, or 384 well microtiter plates or bulk receptacles.
